Surrounded by sogginess and gloom, 3 PAX ventured to Hanes Park for the final Saturday workout of 2018. Avoiding the muck and mush, we kept to the tracks for a routinely routine set of routines that were at once unique in their banality and special in their lack of flair.
Warm-o-rama:
SSH, IW, Abe Vigoda, WwtC, Arm Destroyahs, & Toy Soldiers done IC and with varying rep counts.

Each exercise x12 IC except where noted.
- Merkins, Squats, LBC + 1 lap
- HR Merkins (OYO), CH Squats, LF + 1 lap
- Wide Merkins, Lunges (10 each leg OYO), LD + 1 lap
- CDD, Dead Lifts, Penguin Crunch + 1 lap
Ascending BLIMPS:
- 5 Burpees, run 200 meters
- 5 Burpees + 10 Lunges (each leg), run 200 meters
- 5 Burpees + 10 Lunges (each leg) + 15 IW, run 200 meters
- 5 Burpees + 10 Lunges (each leg) + 15 IW + 20 Merkins, run 200 meters
- 5 Burpees + 10 Lunges (each leg) + 15 IW + 20 Merkins + 25 Plank Jax, run 200 meters
- 5 Burpees + 10 Lunges (each leg) + 15 IW + 20 Merkins + 25 Plank Jax + 30 Squats, run 200 meters

- Prayers for folks dealing with depression, mental illness, and addiction at this time of year
- Both @Buyout and @Cheesesteak ran in/ran out this morning. They also greatly outpaced the QIC. Those guys are beasts! (in a good way)
- A small but dedicated group this morning. Everyone worked hard and a good time was had by all. Posting is better than not posting (most of the time…)
