JuiceBox Returns to Q RunNGun
YHC was able to return to Q status today after a long hiatus due to recovery from ACL surgery, grateful!

It was either determined for sure that the roads were not icy or that it was worth the risk to not have to run 20 laps on the track, so off we went avoiding a few downed branches and listening to the ice still in the trees. The PAX expressed gratitude for the rather flat course provided, Speas launch, Polo, Left on Peace Haven, Right Robinhood, Right Polo, back to Speas. Upon return Gunning commenced, Tabata style, Merkins, American Hammer, Mutton Crunches, lunges and finished off with a plank hold.

Shultz admits to damage caused by a college roommate. Avoid Rush and bagpipping in his presence. He and ‘BoutTime have figured out Wake’s basketball program, look for brighter things soon.
