Five years ago on January 28, 2014, a PAX from CLT named Snowflake was on the schedule to Q the first mid-week workout for F3WinstonSalem as he was going to be in town on business. But Mother Nature dumped some snow and ice on our beloved city; thus, keeping Snowflake from making the journey north. An email was sent to the existing F3WinstonSalem PAX advising that Snowflake was unable to make it. So in a “Hold my beer. I got this.” moment, YHC answered the email – the show would go on. Six fearless souls braved the elements on January 29, 2014, and so it was born – #Conspiracy was officially on the books.

That was the morning’s history trivia imparted on the 14 who arrived at the newly constructed HP parking lot (that place needs lights, by the way). And then away they went…

Mosey to the pull-up bar area next to the gym – Grinders (running from the pull-up bars to the new benches at the playground). Exercises consisted of Merkins, People’s Chair with Jack Reachers, Penguin Crunches, L/R leg step ups and Irkins.

Announcements/Prayer requests:

• Continued prayers for our brother, Palin, on the loss of his mother.

NMM:

• The original six who attended five years ago:  Starfish, Spicoli, Lysol, Toto, Lumbergh, YHC
• Today’s weather was much, much more enjoyable. Especially when doing bear crawls.
• Lysol still loves bear crawls as much now as he did five years ago.
• Spicoli still moves like a bear when doing bear crawls.
• Today was YHCs second time working out with Dr. Suess – the dude literally is a blur when he’s moving!
• Snookie.  I don’t need to say anything further…
• Lamb Chop recruited Beef Tip. Literally, he met Beef Tip less than 12 hours prior to posting. I think that may top anything Toe Tag has done on the recruiting front.

It’s been well over a couple of years since posting to #Conspiracy – glad Glazer EH’d me to Q. Great to be back this AM. And as always, strong push by everyone.
