In an attempt to keep the Pax happy and motivated, the Q had to modify his plan and try to keep it under the small but surprisingly ample shelter of Purgatory (Speas Elementary bus pick up area). Which lead me to this off the cuff beat down.

Warma Rama: In Cadence: Side straddle hops x 20, Imperial Storm troopers x 20, Arm Swirly things forward and backward x 20 then immediately to Seal claps x 20 immediately then to  Over head claps x 20 and then Bus Drivers x 10. Abe Vigoda on your own, Whirly with a clap x 10.

Dora 1-2-3 x 2 sets:

First set:

100 Merkins

200 LBCs

300 Squats

While partner ran down to the end of long shelter and back to switch places.

Second Set:

100 Hand release Merkins

200 Single count Freddy Mercuries

300 Monkey Humpers

While partner ran down to the end of the long shelter and back to switch places.

Under Toe was kind enough to provide a well needed 10 count.

Derkins and Erkins  x10 each.

Pole sits with leg raises and Jack Reacher’s

Interspersed Burpees of 5 reps since “everyone can always do 5 reps.” courtesy Zima. x 5.

Reverse lunges x 20 each leg with pole support

Mike Tyson’s x 10 reps of 2 sets
