Rock the Hill to Nowhere

PAX: Zima, Voldemort, Mongoose, Root Canal, Red Eye, Litter Box
Warmarama: Side Straddle Hops x 20 reps, Imperial Storm Troopers x 20 reps, Arm Swirly things x 20 reps mosey to the playground. Quick stop to do 5 Burpees.
Hang for 20 seconds x 2, then 5 pull-ups.
Mosey to pavilion. 2 rounds of dips x 15 reps, box jumps x 15 reps, derkins x 15.
Mosey to the hill to nowhere. On the way we stopped to do 5 burpees. We stopped to get a small to medium rock. Took this with us to the hill to carry with us. We paired up and had a group of three. At the bottom of the hill a group did curls for girls x 20, at midway to the hill another group did overhead press x 20, at the top of the hill the last group would do 5 merkins and 5 burpees. This was repeated 4 times with each group stopping at each station. Finishing that, we returned our rocks, with a mosey to the parking lot where we got to perform de-back drills at the end of them we had the pleasure to learn from Zima what a spider merkin is and performed 15 reps. We then took the opportunity to go back up the parking lot doing double parking spaces of de-back drills. We then performed the wheel of markins doing 10 reps each on the “border wall.” We then do fast feet on the “border wall.” We got to mosey back to the start and did Mary by committee.
