YHC picked up the keys to IS this week from the originally scheduled #CherryPie who was incapacitated…so after a particularity “pisser” work week, YHC thought it only considerate to take frustrations out on the attending PAX. The Thang went something like this…”Off you go! :

Warm-O-Rama:

• 1-lap around track w/ some Apollo Creed, Karaoke, backward run.
• Circle-up for IC: SSH (Lysol-style) x25, IS x15, Squats x15, Merkins x15, Monkey Humpers x15, Jack Reachers x25

Mosey to the tunnel (under NW Blvd.) for wallwork

• Emperor’s Chair, 10 Mike Tysons OYO, 10 Donkey Kicks OYO, rinse-repeato

Mosey to RJRHS benches (All IC)

• Dips x15, step-ups (R & L) x15, Derkins x10, Irkins x10, Box Jumps x10, Dips x15, step-ups x14 (R&L), Derkins x10, Irkins x10, Box Jumps x10

Mosey up to RJR Auditorium for DORA (partner-up)…at some point here we were joined by Buyout!

• 100 LBC, 200 Freddie Mercs, 300 Rosalita (Juanita’s performed)

Mosey to practice field next to Reynolds Rd. for Grinder: (3 man partners)

• Burpees and Merkins were the exercises of choice…~100 yds run in-between.

COT: YHC took PAX out with prayers of heeling for Palin family, strength, compassion and understanding for Butter family, prayers for our leaders (local, state and federal)…might they find the will and integrity to lead by a higher example of humanity/compassion.

Annc: call out for male leadership to encourage and set an example for the right behaviour vs. rewarding hurt-full

Prayer: Thoughts for Butter’s brother during particularly tough time in his life. Continued prayers for Palin and his family after the passing of his mother.

MC:

• Some light MC during warm-o-rama, but unfortunately YHC couldn’t pick-up the specifics of the comments though the culprits were clearly Butter, SF, Spicoli…
• It was recommended that Monkey Humpers during Warm-o-rama should be performed backwards so as to “moon” the Q for calling such an exercise…#assinine
• Lambchop is the new #ToeTag…he has invited and managed to bring 2 FNGs to workouts this week! #BeefTips earlier in the week and today former FNG, “Fe-han-iks”, not sure how we arrived at the deconstructed, phonetic spelling of Phoenix when Shake-up and Relo were on the table, but none-the-less welcome “Fe-han-iks”
