Sour Mash and YHC launched at 05:00 for two miles. Katniss, Sassy, and Harden launched at 05:15 to get some final RRR miles in. At about the 3/4 mile mark they heard a loud disturbing voice in the heavy fog. Something about sticking things in places where they don’t belong. They decided to cut the run short and join the beatdown, well except for Katniss. It went like this.

The Thang: 

Partner up size doesn’t matter. One partner grab cinder block from the back of my truck and met your partner at the top of the breezeway. I asked the pass if they new Dora (I already knew the answer). I said well were not performing Dora we are performing her cousin Diego. Similar to Dora partner one does exercise while partner two runs to a determined location (60 yards give or take).

YHC took us out. 

Harden and I were discussing RRR miles and noticed a funny smell in the air. Not long after we learned that the apartments a block away were on fire. We were not distilling today so we’re safe.
