13 PAX posted for a Lysol Q on this, the 1st Monday of March. Most of the PAX gathered to see what type of “Roar” YHC might bring to the famed Estate (can anyone recall the original name of The Estate?)…note the huge caveat, that when YHC refers to a “roar” it comes from the mouth of a Respect, and as any recent visitor to the Estate would attest, there are many HATES among the PAX, so YHCs “roar” as a Respect should be handicapped accordingly…never-the-less, this how the “roar” went down. The Thang:

Mosey to bottom lot:

Warm-O-Rama: All IC – SSH (20), IS (20), Merkins (15), Monkey Humpers (10), Squats (14?)

Mosey to main road

ALARM! (Arms, Legs, Abs, Run, Merks)

ALARM 1: x40 Jack Reachers, Lunge, WWII, run to bridge and back, Larry Craig Merkins (20)

ALARM 2: x40 Overheadclap, Squats, heels2heaven, run to bridge and back, diamond merks (20)

ALARM 3: x40 Seal Claps, prison squats, low-flutter, run 2 bridge back, regular merks (20)

Mosey to back parking lot.

Dirty McDeuce: 4 sets, 3 exer., 12 reps each – Mtn. climbers, scissor kicks (exagerated lo flutter), CCDs

Mosey to back road.

3 Man Grinder: SSH and Burpees…only had time for each PAX to perform 1 round.

Mary: IC Russian hammer (20) , Peter Parker (15)

COT: YHC took PAX out with words of thanks for all that we are blessed with and prayers for those suffering through the wreckage of tornados

Annc: Nothing much on the minds of our PAX this am…rumor that SVP is trying to get a  GOMAR team together…SEE SVP if interested. Beyond that…crickets. Anyone, Anyone Newman?

MC: YHC was sooo tempted to FS this am, but soooo very appreciative of having NOT FS…the Estate workout was just what YHC needed to get his ass in gear today! F3 has a way of being there when you least think you need it!  Very, very lite MC…YHC tried to stir some MC, however as Balco pointed out “Its hard to talk when you are counting reps”…Toto cheated and still didn’t provide much MC either…great mix of Hates and Respects, with a few 40-somethings sprinkled in for good measure! Thanks to huckleberry for turning the keys over to YHC for Q this am.
