PAX of 11 joined YHC for a “spirited” version of RNG. Spirited in the sense that the track or trek was sort of FAST! And by fast YHC means that we covered the 3.26miles in “record” time…well maybe not World Record Time, but fast for us nonetheless. Here’s how the thang was orchestrated:

R. on Sunset, R. Glade, R. Hawthorne, R. Northwest, R. Broad, R. 6th, R. Summit, L. Carolina, R. Brookstown, R. West End, L. Reynolda, L. Northwest, L. Hawthorne, L. Glade, L. Sunset. Fin!

YHC’s Tabata worked…until it didn’t…here’s what we did:

Merkins, low-flutter, Squats, IS, CCD, Lunge, WWII…and something else.

COT: YHC took PAX out

BOM: Prayers for Mutton’s friend from HS, Prayers for Boo-Boo’s BiL

Annc: None…WTH

MC:

• War Eagle! So, Toto asked YHC if Auburn Basketball is a new dynasty…YHC is very humble, so no reply.
• Burlap will not speak to YHC until after the Auburn v. UNC game this Friday night.
• Lawnboy’s shoulder is recovering nicely post surgery
• Toto was lost, or at least that’s what Cobra thought as he practiced the lost art of picking up the 6…however Toto circumnavigated YHC’s route in an abbreviated manner and was not lost after all. Thank you Cobra in your failed search for Toto.
• Butter’s hair looked freakin’ amazing
• SVP was fast! Sac was really fast!!
• Toto has Q next week for RNG!
• And thanks to Sac for lending YHC the keys
