Moji 411 Relay Run – Help Support the New Moji Coffee Shop

Moji Coffee and More is a new coffee shop opening at 690 Trade St this month. This is a non-profit business with the vision of providing enriching, meaningful employment to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They also want to help bolster their local employment opportunities, and to show how they can provide meaningful and high quality services to our community.

Their grand opening weekend is June 22-23. That weekend, 8 runners, including YHC and Shakes, will run the Moji 411 relay from Bitty & Beau’s Coffee in Wilmington to Moji in Winston Salem – a total of 411 miles.  We will be finishing around 2 PM on Sunday, June 24. Here’s how you can help:

1. Click the Moji 411 link and donate. Any level of donation is appreciated, but receive fun mojo swag at the following levels:
   • $50 – Moji t-shirt
   • $100 – Moji t-shirt and mug w/ first cup of joe free
   • $500 – 4 Moji t-shirts, a mug, and a blue Moji card good for 4 free cups of joe
   • $1,000 – 4 Moji t-shirts, a mug, and a gold Moji card good for 12 free cups of joe
   • $5,000 – 10 Moji t-shirts, a mug, and a platinum Moji card good for free coffee for 6 months
2. Run with us. The last 4+ mile leg will start at the Salem Lake Trail and go up Research Parkway into downtown, before finishing at Moji. Here’s the MapMyRun version. We’d like as many pax as possible to run (or blade or bike) the last few miles of the relay with us and finish strong at Moji on Sunday, June 23! We plan to be at the Salem Lake Trail at around 1:15pm on Sunday, in order to finish at 2. Join us along the route! This is an opportunity for us to demonstrate all three Fs!
3. Spread the word – at workouts, at work, in all of your social circles. Follow #moji411 on Twitter to keep track of our progress throughout the run.
