Pax of 14 (later joined by 1 acting Nantan and 1 Nantan Emeritus) gathered at Purgatory for a Lysol lead Q…that being said, YHC believes most gathered for the pending announcement from Messrs.  Bluto and Cobra. Splash! has recently been on the recruiting rounds at Wake Med., as evidenced by 2 FNGs posting this morning! T-claps Splash! The Pax got down to business at 0700 and the Thang went something like this…

Mosey to track

4 Corners (sort of 4): each corner drop for 40 single count of one exercise

corner 1 = merkins, corner 2 = squats, corner 3 = flutter (r leg count), corner 4 = jack reachers. The pax seemed to really enjoy 4 corners so we rinsed and repeated (time waster).

Mosey to Rocks:

Grab a good sized rock for the following 3 rounds of IC work; each round = curls (10), row (10), skull crusher (10), press (10)

Wall Work: Emperors chair (1 min.), rebound drill (20 single count jumps), Mike Tysons (10 IC), Emperor Chair(~40 secs)

• Welcome to #HighCotton and #Emoji both fine men (well at least Emoji…HighCotton has some Ga. Bulldog blood). So, we arrived at HighCotton after some discussion re. his academic pedigree (Emory) and direct challenge to YHC re. Auburn v. UGA point spread in this year’s game #WDE. We arrived at Emoji (thx Singing Cowboy) due to the fact that he works w/ Splash as a Scientist in cancer biology something about gene expressions (YHC is waaaay outside his pay grade here)…so there you go.
• Bookworm (13 yrs old) brought his “A” game to Purgatory…huge credit for a summer rise and shine at 0630 to workout w/ Dad (Radar)!
