Prayer Requests
Safety for all those traveling and reveling over the upcoming holiday
All those that are suffering silently from whatever issue they are going through.
I took us out thanking our Lord for the day, for our health and our prayer requests.
My word what a strong group this morning!
Today was my first time, I am pretty sure, working out along side TouchMeNot and Radar. Both were quiet and pushed hard from start to finish.
HOG, Dr. Toot, Turnover, Rustbucket, Offsides and Zima were all on their game this morning. Does not seem to matter what you throw at these gents; they raise up and grind to the bitter end.
YHC is happy to report that ALL sleeves were intact this morning! Also, Zima seemed to be slightly muzzled this morning. YHC will let you decide if there is a correlation. MC was low during the workout and went full blast afterwards which YHC takes as a sign of a good time. Forecast was right on and there were no burpees.
An honor to lead this morning.
Thanks for keys Turnover!
