NMM:

• 6 of 10 attendees were Greenbrier Farm residents.  We are looking into a hostile takeover to move AO to GBF clubhouse.
• Poncho informed us that his college roomate was in the music video for “It’s Been Awhile” (Staind).
• YHC had to explain to Poncho that Rotating Curls and Rotating KB Presses did not mean twisting while curling or twisting while pressing KB.  Do I look like Toe Tag?  Maybe alternating would have been a better choice of words.
• During Upright Rows (3rd exercise), Interference asked if it was all Bells and no Whistles.  He soon got his answer and his wish with Parking Lot Sprints #crowdpleaser.
• Tigger brought FNG and gave him a 35 lb. kettlebell to use.  FNG did not seem to have any problem with that amount of poundage, but it made for good humor.
• FNG (fka Charles Lender) moved here from TX with his fiancee.  Originally from NY.  Works for Quest Diagnostics testing blood and urine samples.  Lemming came up with Pee Cup.  Nobody could do better, so welcome Pee Cup.
