23 Handsome Pax showed up this morning for a muggy, bittersweet Conspiracy.
The bitter part of the workout is a personal thought as it is nearly time to say au revoir to F3WS for an extended period. The sweet part is appreciating the opportunity to be part of this great group for 5+ years now. On with the Show!
Due to last night’s rain, workout plans were altered to keep us out of the park and on to the semi-dry streets of our fair city. Pax gathered and did a little run half way up The Intimidator. Stopped for SSH and Mountain Climbers after transitioning over to Brookstown. Then finished the climb up Brookstown with a Bear Crawl and Lunge Walk up to the lot behind Bernardins.
We then ran to a parking deck for some dips, irkins and dips. Plank train to the edge and run a bit more. We raced a partner of similar speed to an ill-defined finish line. Did some whistle running and worked our way to the space between Bookmarks, Dominos and other fine businesses. Couldn’t do donkey kicks there because of the beautiful art, but were able to wall sit. Partner 100 time wasters were called by q for merkins and pickle pounders. Mutton lead a couple of rounds of his signature crunches too!
Running out of time and running to the start were next. Finished with a couple of Mary exercises led by JB.
Announcements:
- Something secret for secret people in the future. You know who you are and what I’m referencing. Make sure to post at the appointed time and place.
- Schmedfest right around the corner
- Swiss Miss’ Birthday is the 21st of October this year
NMM:
- Was a large crowd this morning and a bit intimidating for a q that had only a loose plan
- Really appreciate the fellas that broke traditional Wednesday routines to spend a bit of time with us natives of the Hanes Park area
- Appreciate even more how strong the Conspiracy group has become…today’s ages ranged from 10 to 60! Quite a spread.
- Hope the exercising wasn’t too boring or not challenging enough. Your q found it sufficient on both fronts.
- I’ll dispense with trying to be funny, feeling more reflective. Truly was an honor to be out there today and to be part of this group since its start. F3 is a wonderful social, fitness and spirtual outlet. None of us take it for granted and it’s exciting to see it continue to grow. Thank you for letting me be part.

Toto- sorry to have missed this one. Hells Bells salutes you! Fire!!!!
Burlap
YHC wants “credit” for the complete workout, so I will note that we stopped at 4th and Broad and did some derkins and then did the People’s Donkey Balls on the brick wall.
This was a heavy cardio, heavy chest/shoulders workout worthy of spring 2014.
Good call on making two lines for the Carolina Choo Choo. We survived the slick pavement.
Excellent Q. Excellent takeout at COT.
(It’s getting a little dusty here so I’ll stop.).
BAM
Granted, YHC has declined in the general cardio area, but this was a full force beatdown regardless.
Pax had fun regaling all the ways Toto has helped shape F3Winston-Salem – creation of Redline & Run & Gun, EH’ing Juicebox and Resistor among others, leading the famed Nags Head dad and 2.0’s fishing extravaganza and other camping trips… And generally making it only looked like he was giving 60% at a beatdown.
Those imperialists across the pond are gaining a fine statesman and family. Looking forward to the day when your cannabis research brings you back to the Dash!

Didn’t Toto start The Estate too? I really hate I missed- my loss. We’re going to miss you man. Let us know if you come back to town.
Toto

Resistor
I am so glad I got to be there ( thanks to Burlap) this morning.
Great work out but better yet it was a complete Toto workout … I can honestly say that F3 has been a consequential event in my life for the last 5 Years. From the fitness to the friends and fellowship and yes for me it was Toto that go me to post. Thanks you ! You will be missed but when you come back, we will be here doing stupid things in the gloom ( albeit a bit slower) . SYITG friend !
Resistor
Noticed a few spelling errors…that’s the best I could do from a an iPhone !

Kicking my lazy ass for not getting out in the gloom this morning for what sounds like the last Toto-led workout for quite sometime. Toto and I go way back to the humble F3 Pax beginnings. We both could barely run a few laps without stopping and didn’t know each other at all. Through the last 5 years I have seen growth not only in Toto’s fitness but in his faith and certainly fellowship and our friendship which I am so thankful for. He exemplifies all 3 F’s and i’m truly going to miss you my brother. You were there countless times running extra slow so you could chat with me and encouraging me when I was rehabbing or having a tough go of it. We have had some great chats and big laughs (mostly at Lysol’s expense) over the last 5 plus years.
Much love to you and your family on this next step in your journey. You will be greatly missed.
