PAX of 20 (yes, YHC understands that only 19 PAX are listed…technology failure this am, can’t recall 20th PAX) converged at Conspiracy this am for Lysol led Q. YHC was rather impressed that 20 PAX showed up for a rare #Redwood Q, so with some slight “pressure to perform anxiety” the thang went something like this…

Mosey over to track for a warm-up lap, or as The Vig pointed out “time killa'”

Warm-O-Rama: IC

• SSH (20), IS (20), Squats (20), Peter Parker (15) hold, Parker Peter (15) hold, Mtn. Climber (15), Jack Reacher (20), Running Scissors (20), Merks (10)

Mosey to Intimidator for some “Verticality”

• Up Intimidator stopping to conduct 5 burpees at each cross road (starting at HPk, then Carolina, then Jersey, then Glade), then same 5 Burpee stops.

Mosey back to track for some “Partner-y Work”

Lap #1

• Run ~100 meters, stop perform 10 Booyah Merks
• Run ~100 meters, stop perform 10 Derkins while partner planks
• Run ~10 meters, stop peform 20 WWII while partner planks

Lap #2

• 200 meter run, stop perform 5 Booyah Merkins
• 200 run, perform 5 derkins while partner planks
• 200 run, perform 10 WWII while partner planks

Mosey to Tennis Wall / Cage Match

• 10 Mike Tysons OYO, bear crawl across and back
