YHC was trying to figure out how to stand up this morning after a 100 burpee beatdown and the Climb to Remember Event yesterday. So, the workout needed to be tough, but not killer. YHC was glad that two of the three other Pax were in a similar situation, which made it a lot easier to have a pretty solid workout without getting yelled at for it being to easy.

Circuit 2: 3 Minute walking loop
- Lunge Walk
- Burpee Walk
- Bear Crawl
- Frog Jumps
Circuit 3: 1 minute for each Rock (2 Rocks) exercise
- Alt Curls
- Straight Arms Front/Side
- Alt Overhead press
- Squats w/ overhead press
- Alt Chess Press
- Sit-ups w/ chess press
- Alt Rock Merkins
Circuit 4: 1 Minute of each wall exercise
- People’s chair/jack reachers
- Alt one leg people’s chair
- Wall Merkins
- BTTW Hold
- BTTW Pickle Pounders
Circuit 5: 4 Minute of Hill Work
- Bear Crawl up hill
- Frog Hop Down Hill

Burlap
Strong Q and a tough workout. Even Blue Steele has to work hard and sweated. All of it was difficult. Would rather have run in pain to knock the soreness out of my calves, but now the pain in my calves will be overridden by other soreness when I wake up Friday. “Thanks”, HOG.
