Fall into BBBC
QIC: Spamalot (filling in for Ramses)

PAX: 60 Minutes (WB), Harden, Schneider, Spamalot (WD)
Beautiful fall weather has arrived, and cooler temps greeted the Pax for this week’s edition of BBBC. Though Ramses was the Q, he was nowhere to be found. We assumed that he was running out there somewhere. Site Q SourMash was supposed to run with YHC at 515, but was a last second no-show.
So…. 4 Pax gathered at the Y to enjoy the morning. Schneider and Harden with their bikes. 60 Minutes and YHC for the run.
Usual 3 mile and change loop, with the added jaunt into the neighborhood off Harper and Novant parking lot. Bikers completed 2 loops, runners 1 loop.

Pretty sure Beverly has a doppelganger, because we saw him running this morning. Dude was just as fast as Bev, but maybe 10 years older.
