Simple beatdown today. After a full body warmorama, we moseyed up to the flagpole and paired off. Partner A completes the given exercise AMRAP, Partner B runs around the traffic circle. Flapjack, then move down the weinke.
All pax completed 12 rounds. Strong work by everyone in attendance today.
Short CoT, prayers lifted for Little House’s test results that they were getting back today and for Zuck’s dad’s recovery from surgery last week.
