Perhaps WeFoCo is sick of Gucci Warmups, perhaps it has been a long week, or perhaps Gucci would have been in the same boat if he didn’t have the Q today….but in either case, The Distillery today featured a dynamic duo of Thursday morning warriors that happily dodged trash trucks and tired teachers called to Clemmons Elementary early.  The cadence was familiar, a 15 minute (on the nose) Gucci warmup, followed by a wandering Dora around the block.  Here it was

100x ‘Mericans on the side lot at the Distillery site

200x Crunchy Frogs by the student drop-off at Clemmons Elementary

300x Side-Straddle Hops covering 1/2 half of the football field at the school

100x Sumo Squats back at the Distillery site

Only enough time was left for brief Mary under the shelter and the announcement of the BBBC routes launching from VI on 10/11, and Fender’s VQ at Charlie Foxtrot on 10/12.

We broke and headed out for the day….maybe to get breakfast….maybe to shower…who knows?
