12 Pax came for a friendly beat dow in front of the Pilates studio near Harris Teeter on Peacehaven. The workout was definitely merkin heavy and had one decent hill to climb. Most Pax finished about 4 laps around the shops near the Pilates studio for around 2.75 miles.

Run up CVS Hill

Hand release Merkins-10

One leg burpees-30

Gas pumps- 20

Run back to corner start and repeato.

The Pax ran hard and loved all the different shoulder and arm workouts.

    I was supposed to be doing one-legged burpees!? Jeez, that would have been so much less painful than thousands of OH claps.

    good stuff, H.O.G.! Gotta get some MC up in this BB, like how we were all impressed with the hill inclusion, and the guy sleeping in his car??? Also, my watch only had 1.5 miles. Hmmm… and what’s up with the 30 Good stuff, but for real, my watch only had 1.5 miles. one legged burpees!?! I’d take back everything I ever said about you being nice if you’d have called for that!! Glad you Omaha’d (another O), to OH Claps for our 4th station!
