This is my 200th workout of the year! 588th in the ~36 months since starting F3 (start date 11/10/2016), during which I have lost 90 pounds (give or take). During that time I have had highs and lows, but the support and friendship I have found in this group has been invaluable. To show my thanks and appreciation, I thought to provide the following:
WoR: In 2016, I averaged 1.6 workouts per week, so 16 each of
- SSH
- IW
- AST F&R
- Whirly
- AV
- Hand release merkins
Mosey to intimidator: In 2017, I averaged 3.2 workouts per week, so 32 of each exercise, then run uphill, perform exercise and hold plank for the 6
- Merkins
- Bonnie Blairs (single count)
- Inch worm
- Squat thruster (3x lower half, 3x jump squat)
In 2018, I averaged 4 workouts per week, so 40 of each exercise, then 90m sprint, perform exercise and al gore for the 6
- Wide merkins
- Deep Squat
- LBC
- Dip
In 2019, I have averaged 4.5 workouts per year, so 45 tire flips as a group, one at a time, the rest of the PAX does burpees until it is their turn to flip tire
Pullups x36 as a group, hanging leg lifts while you wait.
