9 Pax ventured out this morning to Mayhem for the 2nd of 3 Q’s this week by YHC. This one was focused on showing the NBA that load management does not mean to rest more, but to lift more, especially rocks.

The Thang:
Mosey to entrance of Jamison Park and pick a small-mediumish rock to be friends with during the workout
Do each exercise with rock for 1 minute than run to other side of Parking lot then run back, with your rock, for next exercise
- Overhead Press
- Chest Press
- curls
- Asheville abs
- rows
- american hammers
- squats
- skull crushers
- cuban press
- side to side merkins (one hand on rock)
Put rocks back and mosey to tree by traffic circle by school. Choose another small-medium rock and take it to grass hill behind meeting spot.
Run up hill with rock, 1o squat thrusters
Run down hill with rock, 5 man makers
repeat 6 times
Finish

Pray for Root Canal, fell down the grass hill on the last run down. Hurt his left leg muscle

If you want to do hills and rocks, go to the paved Jamison park hill… not the slippery, narrow, grassy hill in the dark. Looks like YHC would have protested this one a lot, not entirely glad to have missed it. I hope that The Pharoh is okay…

I fall on that hill every time. It’s always going down the hill. Yesterday I slipped once and said “that’s enough”. Decided to modify by walking in the parking lot.
