Oval-Shaped Ladders at SpeedTrap…

7 pax did some ladder work on the track @ #SpeedTrap today. It was lots of fun. Like so much fun. Big time fun. Dude, seriously, it was like more fun than can be explained. Nonetheless, I’ll do my best to capture all of the funness…
It went like this…
The THANG…
- 1 mile warm-up from RV to Kentner
At Kentner…
- 400m (fast*)
- 400m recover
- 800m (fast)
- 400m recover
- 1200m (fast)
- 400m recover
- 800m (fast)
- 400m recover
- 400m (fast)
- 400m (recover)
*For majority of pax, “fast” was probably anywhere from 1:15-1:40/lap
- 1 mile cool-down back to RV
Total Mileage = ~5.5 mi (~2.25mi at a fast* pace)
NMM
- Not too much mumblechatter when running in ovals.
- Pax were flying out there today!
- Some other guy was out there doing his thing… but running the track in the opposite direction. Looked to have a good, consistent pace.
- YHC asked if the track had always been the color it is. The pax quickly responded ‘yes’. We only go out there 1-2 times a month… not sure why it looked different.
- @Mongoose smelled more like Monpoots or Monpoops
- @WW is a freak of nature. Fast too.
