PAX: Sac (WB), Palin, Lawnboy (first pair of three), Glazer, BoutTime, JuiceBox (second pair of three), Lysol, Cheerio, Burlap (WD) (final three)

From Knollwood Baptist, we ran back on Buckingham to the small circle and took a right on Westview, teed into Forest and took a left, ran around the quiet loop at the bottom and back up Forest to Roslyn, took a left for two blocks to BV, right one block to Arbor, and right running back to the fire station at Country Club, quick right, quick left, quick right and next left on Buckingham back to the church.  Totaled 3.2 miles with only about 110 feet of climb.

Three rounds of Tabata with mixtures of merkins/LBCs, then, squats/mountain climbers, then finishing with low dolleys/curtsy squats.

NMM

•  YHC is not sure why, but noted that the runners where roughly in groups of three.  Sac went out front as usual but didn’t get far from Palin and Lawnboy.
• The second set of Glazer, BoutTime and JB stayed together the whole time.
•  YHC kept within shouting distance of the second group for about two miles but was more a citizen of the last group along with Lysol and Cheerio who were visiting and talking.
• The first group apparently went an extra block by crossing BV and turning right on Virginia before coming back on Arbor, maybe an extra quarter mile.
• YHC was able to catch up to the second group by cruising down the hill on Forest, but as soon as we turned the last turn on the loop and I looked back for the other two, those three were gone up the hill like YHC was walking.
• Thanks to Glazer for running back for the last pair.
• Tunes during the tabata portion where “Dream On” by Aerosmith, “Brown Eyed Girl” by Van Morrison, “Mony Mony” live version by Billy Idol, and “Closer to Fine” by Indigo Girls.
• Lawnboy admitting seeing the Indigo Girls when they toured here recently.
• Later, Cheerio texted and said that he has seen three of the four featured artists in concert.  YHC was able to guess which he hadn’t seen.  Can you?
• You had to wear red or yellow in order to post at RNG, according to our clothing.
• We missed Mutton.
