Thoughts / MC:
- If anyone wants to know how to get Van Gogh to leave a workout midway through, see me for detailed instructions.
- Within 8 minutes of the start of the workout, Lambchop was already expressing his praise for the activities.
- Drip was actually caught not smiling near the end of the workout. Somebody please alert the press.
- News to me, but not everyone enjoys running up the Intimidator.
Announcements:
- Q School was Saturday morning … chances are that you missed it.
- Coffeeteria at Knollwood Chick-fil-A … like me, I’m guessing you missed it.
- Fundraiser for Blue Steel’s robot leg on Saturday afternoon at either Ardmore Barbershop or Ardmore Baptist (same thing, right?) … if this is the first time you’re hearing about it, you missed it.
- Functional 5K run for Bevo’s son at Sage Fitness on Saturday. Unless your name is Mongoose, Van Gogh, or Zima … you missed it.
- Farm Run 5K on Sunday. Great event. Again if this is the first time you’re hearing of it … you missed it. (Note: Litterbox is fast. Testament to Balco and Turnover as they can kind of claim Litterbox was in their sights for most of the race, or at least on those long straightaways where they could see ½ mile ahead.)
- F3 Christmas party at 6pm on Saturday night at the West Salem Public House. You know the drill by now. Please don’t tell me this is the first time you are learning of it.

Burlap
This was fun, in a sadistic sort of way. Enjoyed the large group of pax. Otherwise, the exercises and their volume sucked.
Zima did a good job of staying on cadence during SSHs. He started ISTs ok but got impatient, so that his body was going faster than his cadence. I closed my eye or looked down and made it through; sadly, Van Gogh did not.
WMDs are hard but can be easier if you do all the Ws then all the Ms then all the Es. This allowed YHC to stay within a few minutes of the rest of the pax.
