One Circuit….everyone knows the rules

As anyone who has ever watched a Barstool Sports pizza review knows….we didn’t do just one circuit. On a morning where the Q wouldn’t have come out, unless he was the Q, 2x pax worked through the frost on a cold but clear December morning, while discussing the finer points of music streaming services. Such discussions were prompted by the Q’s Pandora streaming service inexplicably selecting a ‘Post Malone’ (look him up if you don’t know about him) song, while tuned to the ‘Red Hot Chili Peppers’ channel.
After another #gucciwarmup, the two wayward souls of Distillery went through the following circuit:
- 15 squats w/block
- 10 curls for the girls
- 5 burpees
- 10 skull crushers
- 10 right-leg step-ups
- 5 more burpees
- 10 left-leg step-ups
- 10 overhead presses
- 1x lap around the exterior of the Clemmons First Baptist Church parking lot (hopefully ~400m)
And because everyone knows the rules – you repeat-o this circuit 3 more times for a total of 4.
After all of that fun, including 40% of the burpees that Fender does every day, there was only a minute to spare, which was taken up by returning blocks…so that Gucci and Schneider could retreat to the warmth of their cars.
