4 pax showed for the workout this morning leaving us all wondering where Sour Mash was. After some warmorama this is how the workout went:
Single Dice roll determined the quantity of the exercise of choice multiplied times 10 ( ex roll a 2 x 10 = 20 reps).
Spinner Wheel with #s assigned 1-16 would define the exercise the pax would complete using a list YHC prepared.
Each pax took a turn rolling the dice and spinning the wheel.
Exercises completed were as follows:
AL Prom Dates – too many to count
Pickle Pounders – any # is too many and we did a lot
Merkins – 15
Curls – 50 in total i think with block
Skull Crushers – 30
American Hammers – 90
Burpees (max 15 per spin regardless of dice roll)
Run 1/2 mile ( dice role not used for this one)
Bear Crawl
Suicides
Monkey Humpers – ~30
We didnt get to all of them but we got close. Cadence of exercises wasn’t as intense as hoped, but YHC will adjust for next time to keep us moving.
