‘Twas the week before Christmas…
QIC: Cobra

PAX: Bluto, BAM, Zuck, Lace, Snyder, Lemming, Singing Cowboy, TPS, Closer
…and all through the gloom,
no one was stirring, except the F3WS PAX causing a BOOM!
They were downtown, mid-town, and even up north,
Lifting, and jumping, and running back and forth.
All these men throughout the city doing exercises –
they come in all shapes, colors and sizes.
They do this each morning throughout all the seasons.
They do this for all types of various reasons.
One thing I am certain and with confidence can say,
these men get better each morning – day after day.
It’s not about “Me”, which I now know is true.
Rather, it’s about The Guy Next To You.
So as Christmas approaches with these holidays,
we should all remember to give thanks and praise.

PS – B&W happened this morning. Good times had by 11 dudes.
