PAX: Starfish, Schneider, Sour Mash
YHC was hoping no one would show up since it was raining and YHC did not really have a plan in place. That was looking good until 0525 when Starfish and Schneider rolled in. Well, shit.
We moseyed to the closest shelter for Warm-O-Rama and did some thing YHC remembers and some thing YHC doesn’t remember. It was YHC’s best attempt at a #GucciWarmup which lasted about 15 minutes. Great time waster and good stretching.
YHC had us jailbreak to the other shelter for The THANG which consisted of YHC calling a round of 3 (I think) exercises and then running down the first straight away and back.
We did this for several rounds and the rain wasn’t that bad, but the track was a tad soggy.
If memory serves, YHC had us jailbreak back to the first shelter to perform Mary.
Starfish took us out.
That is all YHC can remember, other than Schneider complaining about having to run in the rain and the #PotatoQuality selfie.
