10 PAX, including 1 FNG, showed up at THE Estate this morning, ready and willing to face the elements and face off with The Champ. Well, not The Champ in person exactly, BUT certainly to face off with the exercise named in his honor. Indeed, it is yhc’s humble opinion that the “Mike Tyson” is one of the most legit exercises in the F3 line-up. In addition, by the request of H.O.G. the PAX were exposed to a heavy dose of Mary on the front end. Let it be noted that this feature was by request, however clearly not popular request! At face value the total of it all does not appear to be Champ worthy. The PAX can chime in on worthiness or lack thereof! So, despite looming lightning bolts in the distance and steady rain at times, it went down like this…….

• 20 Pickle Pounders
• 25 Full extension crunches
• 25 Alternating Knee Crunch

• The Meat & Potatoes

• Run half loop – 3 Burkers (Burpee + Peter Parker)
• Run half loop up hill – 17 Mike Tysons
• Repeato – increasing Burkers by 1 & decreasing Mike Tyson by 1 always equaling 20 reps
• The lead PAX made it to 9 Burkers & 11 Mike Tysons

• All PAX 10 Burkers & 10 Mike Tysons

Indeed, the PAX survived the elements and faced off with The Champ. He would have been proud no doubt. We welcomed a new PAX, Jordan “Ponzi” Felix. In addition, a few friendly faces arrived – faces not often seen at The Estate these days – Cheerio, Glazer and Beverly. Please come back!

Cherry Pie led the PAX out, thanking Jesus for his example and strength to step into the “gaps” he calls each of us to.
