No gifts or cuddles were given this morning as previously stated by Whirly. YHC received a text last night from Whirly that he was taking his M to the ER and would probably not be able to make his Q. He was rightfully excused from duties.
5 Dollar was a HC early in the week to get an idea of the AO as he’s never been and agreed to take a date to Q. YHC led the 2 of us in warm up while giving a small tour of the AO.
Warm up: SSH, Arm Swirly F/B, Overhead Clap, Seal Clap, mosey to stadium drive to show old Distillery AO which has a football field that we still take advantage of at times. ISS, Mosey back to parking lot in front of carport. Copperhead Squats, Whirly W/clap, Abe Vigoda, Leg Stretches. Mosey to shelter.
The Thing: grab a block for Curls for the girls,overhead press, bent over rows, skull crushers, block press all IC. Run to entrance at hwy 158 and back. Harden pulled in at this time. We performed step ups and Irkins while waiting for him to join us. Harden is currently in a boot and is still trying to figure it out and it took him a little longer to get ready this morning. Glad he still came. Back to block work repeto 2 more times. Harden stayed back and continued block work of exercises of his choice while we ran.
