All exercises x 52; pick up the six by AMRAPing the previous exercise, e.g. AMRAP HR Burpees once you complete 52 Monkey Humpers. Then a group lap around the plaza (.2 miles) after each completed exercise.

YHC took us out with prayers of thanks and petitions for help for all pax for the places of darkness in our lives.
NMM:
YHC knows that a Flatline always attracts a couple of uber-Respects. Why not honor them by performing reps equal to the War Daddy’s age. Drip and Wobegon arrived nearly simultaneously. YHC proceeded to immediately inquire about Drip’s age and was met by a most un-Drippy-like stony silence.
Things possibly heard at Flatline attributed to those who possibly said them:
• “You suck.” -Everyone to YHC. Incessantly.
• “Drip, you dumb@55, you were supposed to say how old you feel and look, not how old you are.” -The H.O.G.
• “Greenspan, did you really think this through?” -Drip, on burpee #38.
• “That’s the first time I’ve disrobed this early.” -VG, when in the middle of 52 HR burpees.
• “At least we got the burpees out of the way.” -The H.O.G.
o “We’ve still got dive bombers to go.” -YHC
o “Oh shucks.” -The H.O.G.
• “Cherry Pie, what the *#!& are you doing?” -Zima, when CP performed mountain climbers instead of dive bombers.
• “How do I do a Dive Bomber?” -Cherry Pie
• “These aren’t that hard, but 52 of anything will wear you out.” -Wobegon, after the burpees.
• “Your music was great until this stuff. He’s gone crazy.” -Zima again, who is not a fan of new crazy Kanye. He also didn’t use the word “stuff”.
• “Are we going to use the bricks? I love the bricks.” – an excited $5 Footlong, after peering into YHC’s trunk and seeing left-over supplies from Saturday’s convergence.
• “You guys are weak and talk too much.” -Honey Badger. This wasn’t spoken but was clearly written on the quiet big man’s face throughout the beatdown.
• “I wish I could disrobe like VG.” -Seat Back, who may have set a layers record for 31 degrees.
• “I really wanted to double-count the Bonnie Blairs.” -Wobegon, who clearly enjoyed Iron Pax and is ready for September.
• “Zooooom” -VG. Not spoken, but the sound he made when he left the rest of the pax in the dust on one of the last moseys.
• “Come on, Zima. You can’t keep up with me on hills.” -Older brother Cherry Pie to younger brother on the mosey back to launch.

YHC failed to get this out before sundown of the same day due to my arms packing up and leaving me after the workout. Apologies to all for the delay.
