Impossible Situation

One day after celebrating my 54th trip around the sun, a Pax of 9 helped me have one more day to celebrate with my F3 family. Right at 7:00am we rolled out for a quick warm up lap around the track. As per usual, Spicolli arrived on Spicolli time and a half naked Buyout arrived shortly thereafter. More on that later.
YHC really had nothing clever planned around the number 54. Our warm-a-rama looked something like this:

The Pax was told to partner up for modified Dora. While one Pax ran to the first stop sign, partner B did the following:
Merkins
Juanitas
Pickle Pounders
Low Flutter
After each Pax had run 4 times, we continued up The Intimidator – Backwards. This was a real crowd pleaser. At each cross street, the Pax executed 2 Burpees, then 4, then 6, 8 and 10 for a total of 30 by the time we reached the top.
In an effort to continue to add Range Miles, the Pax continued approximately one half mile to the garage near Foothills.
Major Q fail as YHC was prepared to instruct the Pax on using the I beams in the garage for pull ups. No I beams in this garage. Fortunately, Zima had a wonderful idea. We performed 5 Burpees on each half level to bring our Burpee total to 60.
We departed the garage for Hanes Park stopping three times to perform 10 Burpees at each stop.
Our final stop was back in the parking lot for 10 more Burpees and a short session of Mary.

Prayers for Burns and the pending birth of his twins. Prayers for Palin and the continued health of his newborn son and wife. Lastly, continued prayers for Blue Steele and his recovery. What an Inspiration. Appearing for the first time since his accident, he blew everyone away at Urban Assault. NO EXCUSES
YHC took us out asking our Lord to answer both spoken and unspoken prayers and reminding the Pax to reach out to our friends we have not seen in a while. Never assume all is well and try to be there for our friends in need.
Mumble Chatter:
Convergence the first Saturday of March. Mayhem location. Invite a Pax you have not seen at F3 in a while or bring an FNG.
Keep posting strong Back Blasts. Blue Steele is using these to support his case with his insurance company so they will pay for a proper prosthesis for his active lifestyle. THIS IS A BIG DEAL.
Collections will be taken for Buyout. Anyone with a size small sweatshirt please give to Buyout. How a guy from Ghana can workout topless when it’s 25 is awesome?
