Next Saturday, March 7th at 0700, F3 Winston-Salem will be holding a Convergence Bootcamp at Jamison Park with the goal of bringing out Friendly New Guys and welcoming back PAX who haven’t come out in a while. This will be a standard hour-long bootcamp; participants should expect between 1-2 miles covered along with a variety of bodyweight exercises (and the possibility of light weight exercises using rocks). Come as you are, all shapes & sizes, and don’t hesitate to modify as necessary.
If you, or a guy you know, needs some more Fitness, Fellowship, or Faith in their life, then Jamison Park is the place to be on March 7th. If you can’t think of anyone in particular, then post THIS FLYER around your workplace, church, and/or neighborhood for someone you haven’t thought of to see it!!

- Open to all men
