THE BEFORE
YHC laid out the HEAVIEST EH on the Collins Aerospace pax this week. This is an exaggeration, but using a brand new EH tactic I haven’t used before, is a true fact. YHC loosely put together a preblast naming the Pax from Collins that were receiving said EH. All but 1 showed, and the one that fartsacked had 2.0 issues this morning…#Tclaps for trying Seatback! With a trusty weather app, YHC put together a series of exercises that 3rd core principle fartsackers would shudder at the idea of.
…….#TheDistillery does have a completely covered and well lit shelter…………………but to the disdain of literally every pax, our plans weren’t to stay dry. After expecting the pax to cling to the safety of the shelter, YHC started in with a fakeout.
**CLEVER REMARKS**
The Mission of F3, 5 Core Principles, and Disclaimer were all stated perfectly and no one would say differently. #Whirly was not there to argue otherwise, must have been shaking off the “fun” we had the previous night at Wiseman for a popup #HDHH. (Full Disclosure, #Whirly was planning to post at #TRQ with the #Spamtan, because it was stated that #Hedwig was going to post and he hadn’t seen Hedwig in some time.) After YHC gathered his hurt feelings, soldiered on to lead the Pax through a set of very dry and absolutely loved activities that looked like the following:

Before the pax let loose their appetites for pain on those coupons, YHC introduced them to….Bum Bum, BUM!!!….THE STEINL!!! Children and Women everywhere cowering in fear.
THE STEINL!!!!:
Hold PLANKfor 30 secs, then lower to FOREARM PLANK for 30 secs. Then 10 MERKINS in cadence. Then PETER PARKER, MOUNTAIN CLIMBER, PARKER PETER with one leg. Should be outside elbow, then chest, then opposite elbow. 10 in cadence. Then 10 MERKINS in cadence. Return to PLANK and repeat. Flapjack with the PETER PARKERS and PARKER PETERS. Finish with MERKINS to complete 1 set.
From YHC’s completely biased position, the Pax reallllllly enjoyed this one. A #Crowdpleaser one might say. This WILL make a return at YHC’s future Qs.

The weatherman missed the mark this morning, forecasted High 50s and a 50% chance of a sprinkle, not high 40s and a deluge.

- DQ chose smarter not harder this morning, avoiding a Mini Nile in our parking lot running path. #Respect knowledge coming in handy!
- Drip made it out to the closest AO to his house for the first time ever, Even after enjoying a couple of cervezas at #HDHH with YHC, Cheesesteak, and Whirly last night. #Thegoodstuff
- Harden couldn’t get enough of the Coupons this morning, and chose a less liquid invasive beatdown option. Arguably the better plan. Growing #GunsForDays! YHC is really impressed by your push to keep coming out through injury. Rock, freaking, solid!
- Gucci and Schneider both were controlled the entire morning and pushed through everything YHC threw at them, Their Monkey Humper Form was superb….Just Saying. Form even Van Gogh would only slightly critique, so you know it was great.
Stepping into the VQ at The Distillery this morning to answer Schneider’s call for Q’s was rewarding and tough this morning. Tough to bring something worthy of being thrown down and crushed by these #HIM of F3 Winston-Salem. Rewarding in that it really is a gift to be able to come out with you guys day after day, and YHC tries not to take advantage of that fact. See you in the gloom!
