Rain, rain, and more rain. Given the weather the past few days, it feels like we live in the Pacific Northwest. At least it was 50 degrees or slightly warmer. Though the site-Q was absent, the Pax soldiered on.
Warm-O-Rama
Gather under the cover of the bus area. Exercises for entirety of “Rearviewmirror” by Genesis Pearl Jam.
SSH, IST, Arm Swirly Things (forward and reverse), Squats. All x 15, all IC.
THE THANG
Pax was instructed to go to cinder block pile, grab a block, and return to the covered area.
The plan for this morning was simple. One exercise per song. That’s it. Perform AMRAP of the exercise during the duration of the song. If you needed to rest, you could perform the following:
SSH, IST, Fast Feet, High Knees, or Butt-Kickers (all in place).
Once recovered, return to exercise until song was over.

Impressive showing by the Pax this morning. A little rain does not scare these men!
Also, strong showing by Respects! Half of the Pax are respectable old. Including YHC.
Somewhat surprised at the lack of music knowledge by some of the younger Pax. T-Rex baby!
Mr. Soul by Buffalo Springfield is a fantastic jam. Neil Young and Stephen Stills??!! Come on!!
MC was in full effect until the offending Pax left. YHC naturally assumes their will to live was broken by the Q. More likely they were being responsible. Pffft. Whatever.
Decision to stay under cover was widely approved by all.
58 plus 1 equals DQs age next week. I think. Math is hard.
