A subtle deep sigh of relief came over the PAX when YHC pulled into the parking lot at Mayhem as Burlap’s passenger around 0526 or so. The deep sigh of relief turned to heavy breathing through the workout, and all regretted that YHC was tabbed as the Q. This was YHC’s VQ at Mayhem, an AO that YHC posted to consistently early on, faded over time, and now plan to make it a regular stop between it and Bells & Whistles. Regardless, we needed to get started. YHC recited the mission and 5 principles of F3, and it seemed to pass the Spamtan test, so onward we went.

“Loredo” – Remember the IronPax challenge? A redo of Week 0 was put in place this morning for the PAX to enjoy.

In all, 120-168 squats, merkins, and lunge steps each were performed plus around 1.5 miles covered!

This Saturday! Convergence at Jamison Park for PAX that have posted recently or not so much. 0700 is the start time and YHC thinks Zima and Whirly are on tap to lead the fine gentlemen that post that morning.

Zima has Lunch Bunch this Friday…he also has the Q every day until Monday somewhere…

Spamalot has a special Lunch Bunch planned for next Friday!

Prayer Requests
Splash is traveling to India next week. Prayers not only for the travel, but also for his safe departure and return while avoiding any coronavirus concerns either by cancelled flights or disease itself.

Nashville: YHC reached out to a friend last night who mentioned they lost a family friend and also know someone else who lost everything.

Burns has twins! Keep them in your prayers as one of them is currently in the NICU.

YHC failed to mention that a co-worker/friend lost his mom yesterday morning from dementia. It was expected and the family seems to be more relieved than anything else, but keep them in your prayers regardless.

Turnover, the keys were left somewhere in the rock garden…YHC will have to come back out to find them sometime!
