Warm-O-Rama
- SSHs x15 IC
- Imperial Storm Troopers x15 IC
- Whirly with the Clap x15 IC
- Peter Parkers x15 IC
- Arm swirly things forward x10 IC
- Arm swirly things backwards x10 IC
- Seal Claps x10 IC
- Overhead Claps x10 IC
- Recover!
The Thang
- Alternate between the kettlebell/dumbbell exercises and a body weight exercise (outlined below).
- Find a suitable place to mosey ~50 yards.
- (Kettlebell/Body Weight) x20 each OYO
- Cardigans/Side Straddle Hop
- OH Press/Carolina Drydocks
- Front Raise/Plank Jacks
- Find a suitable place to mosey ~50 yards.
- Chest Press/Mountain Climbers
- American Hammer (w/ or w/o weight)/Wide Merkins
- Figure 8’s/Plank Jacks
- Lunges (10 each leg)/Mike Tysons
- Find a suitable place to mosey ~50 yards.
- Squats/WWII’s
- Bent Over Rows/Heels to Heaven
- Curls/Alternating Shoulder Taps
- Skull Crushers/Plank (1 minute)
- Find a suitable place to mosey ~50 yards.
