Hello fello Paxatarians, I am sad I do not get to see your bright shinning faces each and every morning (aka Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday for me). Thus, I will post a virtual beatdown in hopes that our collective spirits will be felt all across the city groaning in agony from the sheer amount of burpees that we are about to impart (or is it impart upon, or is it be imparted upon thusly?).

20 Jack Reachers
20 Arm swirly hings (forward and backward)
10 Windmills
10 Whirly
10 Burpee
Burpee Count – 10
The Thang
This is what I call the BOX OF BURPEES. You will need an area in the shape of a box. Said box should be roughly 20 yards by 20 yards. In one corner, start by doing 10 burpees. Mosey to next corner. Do 9 burpees. Mosey to the next corner, 8 burpees. And so on and so forth.
Burpee Count – 65
Next is what I like to call BOX OF SQUATS. You can use the same area you just used, or go to another locations. First corner, 20 squats. Next corner, 20 squat jumps, next corner 20 3 count squats (can’t remember the name), last corner 20 sumo squats. Then 10 burpees! Then repeato!
Burpee Count – 85
Next is what I call A MOMENT WITH MARY. Start off with 20 heels to heaven, 20 American hammers, 20 Freddy Mercs, and 5 burpees. Next 20 WWII, 20 LBC, 20 low flutter, 20 penguin crunches, 5 burpees. 20 Mutton crunch left, 20 Mutton crunch right, 20 box cutter, 5 burpees.
Burpee Count – 100
Then do 1 more burpee.
Burpee Count – 101
That is all I got.
