WIB for 26 March 2020 — What is “normal”?

Many of us may be wishing for a return to normal.  Well, this week’s virtual WIB has got your normal for you, namely:

 

N — Nolan Ryans, each side

O — Overhead Claps

R — Run 200 meters

M — Merkins

A — American Hammers, each sidee

L — Lunges, each side

Perform 5 reps of each (always running only 200 meters), then 10, then 15, 20, 25, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10 and repeat — until 45 minutes have elapsed.
