we stand at 12:00, we will do 25 reps of exercises at each hour and then run to the middle of the clock after each exercise. To ensure PAX remain somewhat socially distanced, we split into 4 groups of 2-3 PAX and performed the following:
12:00 – WWII’s
1:00 – SSH’s
2:00 – Merkins
3:00 – LBCs
4:00 – Squats
5:00 – Burpees (15 reps)
6:00 – Low Flutter
7:00 – Lunges
8:00 – Plank Jacks
9:00 – Freddie Mercs
10:00 – Monkey Humpers
11:00 – ISTs
Split up into groups of 5-6 and mosey to each shelter:

Prayers for our country and world in this traumatic time on many fronts. Spicoli mentioned various rallies that are taking place. YHC thinks many of which have passed since Monday, but YHC imagines there will be more opportunities.

YHC is considered a silent whisperer for nature after this morning. We bumped into a skunk and then got very close to a deer that trotted by while we did our bench work. Apparently the roosters awoke and it just seemed all the animals were curious about what we were doing.
Great to have some faces from the city posting at VI! Looking forward to seeing more unfamiliar faces to the Village showing up in future weeks!
