Mr. Juice Box’ Neighborhood

QIC: Interference

Date: 6.8.2020

PAX: Juice Box, Winklevoss, Cobra, Burlap, Interference (QIC)

A pax of 5 met up at Speas Elementary for this week’s Run n’ Gun.  67 degrees actually felt cool compared to some earlier runs this week.  And really felt cool to JB, who ran Salem lake yesterday afternoon.  The group was small in number, but mighty in character.

The Run:   RnG route

The Gun:  Tabata with Merkins, LBC’s, Low Flutter, Jump Squats, Dips, Fast Feet

CoT was a good opportunity to check in with the guys and pray for our community.

NMM:

The @SiteQ was not in attendance – one of his many children needed him in the night.

@Cobra got to the AO 30 minutes early to jump rope or play hopscotch or something like that before the workout.

As we ran, @Winklevoss saw a “No Dumping”sign in this wooded area off Wake Lane that spoke to him in a special way.

With blatant disregard for Q’s instructions, @Burlap ran the second loop clockwise instead of counterclockwise.  #LAW and ORDER!!!!!

@JB has owned two houses since living in Winston-Salem.  This route ran by both of them.

@Poncho, @Balco, and @Tigger liked my Pre-blast tweet.  YHC just assumed a “like” was akin to an “HC”.  Not so.

Tigger might have wished he posted with y’all. He was stuck with YHC at the suffer-fest known as The Estate this morning.

YHC thought the temp was plenty hot. Yes I screwed up on the route. I saw the no dumping signs but never went there until seeing your comments. Impressed with JB staying up with IF and Wink. One of the reasons that F3 workouts are held outdoors can be summed up in two words: intestinal gas, which was present today around the flagpole.

Sorry to miss y’all. The 5:04 crying from a 3 year old with a wet bed beat my alarm by 1 minute. Unfortunately the cleanup efforts kept me away this morning.
