THOUGHTS.

• At least one PAX called the workout “refreshing”.  Since I am employing journalistic freedom and can spin the story however I want, I will refrain from typing what other PAX said, so all you have to go on is “refreshing”.
• Burlap can probably afford to live in Brookberry, but he’d have to get what’s left of his money (that Parkay hasn’t secretly stolen) out from under his mattress.
• Not a single complaining word was uttered from the Respects or Double Respects.  The Ayes, Hates, and Hate Hates on the other hand … Hmmm, what does that tell you?
• Even though the Q warned the PAX about the size of their rocks – and to be honest, they should have picked up on the pattern of reps by that time – many of them still chose poorly.  When asked why Van Gogh chose such a large rock, he answered with, “Well, I had to go quadruple the size of Mongoose.”  Green Acres doubled up Van Gogh without even a hint of showmanship.  The other Double Respect, Rust Bucket, chose “only” the same size as VG, but decided to go twice as fast.

ANNOUNCEMENTS.

• Shmedfest is August 28 and 29.  There will be a 24 hour CSAUP at the Fairgrounds.  4 beatdowns over 24 hours.  Camp there.  Raise money for Crisis Control.
• July 4 Convergence is in the works.  There will be a shovel build immediately afterwards.  And beer drinking.
• COVID-19 beatdown, Part II, will be at The Outhouse on Monday.
• Samaritan Inn needs volunteers to work the lunch shift.
