Four old guys and Balco linked up to Run this 3.1 miles course.

There were some hills! I only kept up with Plunger and Balco long enough to shout out the needed directions, Burlap kept himself and Mutton on course.
Then we gunned, merkins, LBC, squats, plank jacks, Apollo Ohnos (maybe, Burlap calls them curtsy lunges or you can go down this rabbit hole Its Eric Heiden… , I call them just one move away from Prospector seeing the inside of my other knee,) and some Freddy Mercs.

We lifted up prayers for Plunger’s 2.0 daughter getting married this weekend, for racial reconciliation and for being more the men we need to be.
