First Day Back with the PAX.

YHC has been running solo for the past few months but was happy to rejoin the PAX this morning. Thanks to Balco for the encouragement to get back out and for the keys to OGs/Tractors for the day. The encouragement, accountability, and sense of community offered by F3 has been sorely missed.

The routes for the day took the PAX through the BV neighborhood, starting up Runnymede, ending down Robinhood onto Reynolda. Both routes were relatively flat, though rumor has it Wink was overheard pointing out that the hills kept coming and the downhill seemed to be flat at best. Can neither confirm nor deny the rumor at this point.

 

YHC learned two facts this morning:

  1. Palin is fast. Bummer the Olympics are postponed, otherwise, he might have earned a spot.
  2. Little Piggy has moved back to the area. Welcome back!

  • Lots of folks traveling this weekend, stay safe on the road.
  • The world is rife with challenges these days. If one of our brothers hasn’t been heard from in a while, reach out. Maybe they are being cautious and sitting out of workouts for the time being. Maybe they need some words of encouragement. It never hurts to check in.
