Five PAX circled up on a warm and humid morning at Bailey Park. The group was all regulars and all smiles. There was a little MC right off that maybe YHCs preblast may have been a tad direct and scary. I am not sure I buy that since more than half the PAX that will read this have willing shown up for an IronPax Challenge……..more than once. We attempted to recruit a passerby but no luck. Clock hit 5:30 and we got after it. Starting with mission statement and five core principals delivered and away we go.

The Thang
- Mosey to the parking deck
- PAX were informed on arrival at the parking deck that we would be completing a Ring of Fire on every level.
- Each Ring of Fire consisted of ten merkins per PAX and then we would mosey up a level to the top and back down.
- The PAX rolled through TEN ROUNDS!
Still a little time left so we moseyed to the coal pit

Awesome group this morning. Every PAX was challenged by today`s beat down but there was encouragement for all by all the whole way. Different merkins were called along the way and the calls were answered. Only exception would be the plyo merkins displayed by Lamb Chop……..seriously dude? YHC can only speak for himself but I declined the plyos. I am running into Tigger more and more. The guy is a machine. Not surprisingly, Root Canal and Drip smiled all the way through the Rings of Fire. STRONG. The group MC was steady all morning and some pretty amazing stories were told. Always an honor to lead. Thank you!
