Now here’s a little story, I got to tell
About sixteen PAX that you know so well
It started way back at five-thirty
With Zuckerburg, Burlap, and Spi-coli
Sixteen of the illenest PAX in F3WS (and F3SoVA) posted for this week’s edition of #BellsNWhistles. It happened to be the birthday of Adam Yauch (aka MCA of the Beastie Boys), which was a great excuse to start our day with some rowdy, off-color, hip-hop music.
When YHC showed up, everything was going as planned. It was hot and humid, as expected. The PAX were showing up in droves, as expected. And my speakers – tested out in my driveway – were already rocking the tunes. Then, as I started to grab my globes and bell, the speakers decided to go on strike for the next 45 minutes. So, music that is meant to be enjoyed LOUD was barely audible as it played over my phone to a very wide circle of PAX. #cobains

NMM:
- @Burlap let the PAX know within the first 30 seconds that he doesn’t care for this kind of music. The sentiment may have been shared by others including the Site Q.
- On the other hand, YHC believes at least two pax came just for the musical selections – @Spicoli and @Bueller?
- Speaking of @Spicoli, he led the PAX for 22 Merkins post-workout as part of the #22kill challenge
- @Zuckerburg has a mustache
- @Data almost ran over YHC’s speakers with his truck. Turned out that wouldn’t have made a difference in their functionality.
- Finally, did anybody see what they did at #Mayhem today? It may have been a little more intellectually stimulating. But I appreciate you guys sticking with me and my home-piece, MCA.

BAM
It was a lovely morning with the mellow tunes of the Boys.
Q called out % intensity for runs, per usual, difference in 90% and 30% for YHC by the end is negligible. Thanks for leading!
Data
Doh! Didn’t realize I nearly killed your speakers. Apparently they died of fright anyway!
