Had a total of 9 for BBBC this morning, with 4 biking and 5 running along the Muddy Creek Trail. The bikers had to dodge numerous frogs, but two frogs ultimately decided to play a game of squirrel and lose…RIP. The runners dealt with the same difficulty of kamikaze frogs and unexpected mud holes. Overall it was a good morning for a run, and to end the week!

- Schmedfest is officially moved to River Oaks Community Church August 28-29, same format, and still collecting for the food drive
