Looking for a few ideas, YHC thumbed through a few randomly chosen back blasts. The Thang nailed down, YHC added a twist or two and hoped that some PAX showed up.  All things considered it was a pretty fine morning at Hanes Park. Temperature in the low 70s and the humidity less than 100%. No breeze to be had but you cannot have it all. Out of the darkness in singles, one pair who decided RIRO, ten PAX came together for this mornings Conspiracy. YHC was more than delighted at the numbers…….the Thang will go on.

The mission statement and five core principals reiterated and we were off.

Moseyed to the track and completed one lap, stopping at the turns for:

The Thang

Modified 3 Man Grinder

A group stayed at the bottom and completed AMRAP squats. Another group ran BACKWARDS up the Intimidator to the first stop sign. Last group stumbled on a piece of cardboard with different exercises to be completed each trip up. The excercises were as follows and all were AMRAP:

• Merkins
• T Rotations
• Pickle Pounders
• Monkey Humpers
• Carolina Dry Docks
• Mountain Climbers
• Burpees

Time was running short but I am certain that everybody made it to the burpees and completed at least one.

What do you do to challenge a group from the DASH PAX? Send them up the Intimidator backwards……..SEVEN TIMES and AMRAPs! Every PAX pushed the pace this morning and the effort was evident by ten sweat angels left on the parking lot. Great meeting Boo Boo this morning. Just like Dr. Toot and Mutton, head down and gets it done. A few PAX, YHC included, were surprised to see the Spamtan at Conspiracy this morning. Keep an eye out…..the man is making the rounds. Greenspan and Palin decided to RIRO this morning….STRONG. Red Barron and Lamb Chop moved through the beatdown this morning without slowing up. Razzie…. well lets just say his squat form was so impeccable that he attracted some heckling from a passing car.
