With a Q at the same AO four days ago and a promise not to get my shoes wet, I made the executive decision to essentially do the same beatdown that I Q’ed Saturday. Duely noted by Lamb Chop and Spicoli.

Moseyed to the Intimidator for the 3,6,12,24 rep Quadrophenia with a backward mosey transport to each of the four stops for burpees, squat, merkins, and LBCs at the doubled rep counts beginning at three. That would be 49 reps cumulatively.

Moseyed to the base of Pilot View for 10 lunges (DC) and then mosey to the little park at the corner of NW Blvd. and Reynolda Rd. for 10 diamond merkins, 20 wide merkins, 30 merkins, and 40 shoulder taps (DC).

Moseyed to the edge of the track for 10 star jumps, 20 bootstrap squats, 30 R leg lunges, and 40 L leg lunges.

Moseyed to the park wall at the base of the intimidator for 10 dips, 10 upper Mike Tysons, 10 Peter Parkers, 10 merkins, 10 dips, 10 Mike Tysons, 10 Peter Parkers, 10 merkins, 10 dips, 10 upside down Mike Tysons, 10 upside down Peter Parkers, and 10 derkins in cadence with no breaks. Moseyed back home for a minute or so of Mary.
